AQL Control BD Team are work in 4 Stage.
1. Stage No1-I- PP Meeting.
2. Stage No -II- Sewing In-Line Inspection.
3. Stage No – III- Finishing In-Line Inspection.
4. Stage No – IV – Final Inspection.

Stage No I. PP Meeting.
We make a meeting at before starting Production with factory production team and we discuss our Client Requirements.

Our Client Requirements for Trims & accessories.
All accessories take approval from buyer at before production.
All Accessories need hot wash for avoid for color bleeding & color pass,Ness check purpose.

Our Client Requirements for cutting.
Fabric Minimum 24 Hours need Relax at before cutting.
Fabric Shrinkage Check at Every Batch Shrinkage are allow less than 5%.
Every Roll fabric GSM must be check allow are less than 5%.
Before Cutting take fabric Shade approval from buyer.
Marker Check all parts check on paper marker & Documents.
Cutting Lay Height Maximum 3” inch.
Cutting parts Measurements Check & keep Documents.
Every Quality at before input & keep Documents.

Our Client Requirements for Print & Embroidery:
Logo or artwork measurements must be check at before production.
Make a strike up & take approve for production as color wise.
All Embroidery or print part must be check at before send to Embroidery or Print Departments.
Take stickup approval at before production.
After print, Embroidery all parts check then can you proceed for sewing input.

Our Client Requirements for Sewing Production.
All accessories trims card take approve from buyer at before Production.
Follow approve PP Sample Comment & Styling.
SPI —11/12 for all option.
Take care part shading, oil & dirty spot.

Our Client Requirements for finishing Production.
All goods must loose thread clean by thread sucking machine.
Size by size marking on iron table for measurements purpose.
Ironing show use on iron for avoid shinny mark.
All trims & Accessories take approval at before production from buyer.
Flying dust must clean from all trims & Accessories at before production.
